Motherhood/Parenting:
Being an effective parent in today's world requires more than love and good intentions. Discover and practice key skills that will allow you to nurture and equip your child to flourish in life while continuing your own emotional growth.
Couples Therapy / Co-parenting:
Individual Therapy:
In life, we all go through difficult experiences. Many times, we deal with them by ignoring, minimizing, or numbing the pain in harmful ways. This only leads to feelings of being stuck, stressed, depressed, and/or anxious. IFS therapy is a helpful and gentle approach that allows us to connect with our different parts, learn about their needs, find a compassionate way to face the pain and create a better sense of inner balance.
Immigration - Acculturation:
As brave as we are when we decide to leave our country in search of something better, the experience of immigration can be highly destabilizing. Explore key aspects that are instrumental in the process of adaptation and acculturation.
Speaking Engagements:
Looking for a professional presenter for your workplace or community group? I provide highly engaging presentations on topics such as parenting, resilience, effective communication, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, stress reduction, handling change, and more.
Mothers' Support Group:
As mothers, each of our experiences is unique, but we share many common themes. "The Mothers' Well" is a monthly support group for today's mothers. In an atmosphere of kindness and compassion, you can unload your stress, recharge your batteries and give and receive support and ideas to become an "Intentional Mother."
